but as for the art request x3 oh man, that'd be a fun prize, but plus the whole..winning things just for knowing random yuri facts would be great and chances are it'd make the panel a lot bigger ^^ like..more attendees =]

. Yes, I realized this is a topic for an 18+ panel but STILL. Have something to say a kid shouldn't see, don't post it. PM me about it.

Not that your post was particularly bad. I'm just saying this ahead of time before someone thinks it's okay to post much much worse.

You know though, another good idea is to go get a whole bunch of t-shirts made
because I mean..there's a lot of animes like Strawberry Panic and Candy Boy that have like...0 t-shirts made in exsistance xD
so if you made some and gave them out as prizes that could work too, like just a shirt with the logo on it or something <33

well..that'd give me plenty of incentive to go xD

and as for the drawings, she doesn't have to make huge massive full on in color drawings, she could even just do cute tiny chibi stuff with little chibi girls kissing each other on the cheek or like, handing the other girl a cupcake or something cute like that :3

It was Tat's idea, if you don't like it, and mine if you do! (Okay, it's really Tat's idea.)

Acting out the yuri tropes and getting people to guess them. Like....

"Onee-sama~!" should immediately make you think 'schoolgirl lesbians.'

I realize we may have people who came last year and I don't wasn to regurgitate the same stuff and bore them but I DO want to talk about things the people who didn't attend last year didn't get to hear.

The J drama you might be speaking of is called 'Last Friends'. tis the only one i can think of. the two chicks dont ever hook up because the one of the chicks realizes shiz nit too late and blah blah blah lol lol Utada Hikaru also does the theme song for it too.

I think I suggested this last time,but I do have some softcore girl on girl massage vids. I think panels should have more media.

Also maybe the host(s/ess) if they're female and like girls themselves might share some stories from their adventures in yuri land.

Our attendees last year made it clear that they weren't interested in sexual content or cheap thrills. That's not Japanese yuri, it's just lesbian fanservice.

There is new Yuri anime airing this fall!

Summary:
The story, mainly set in a co-ed school, revolves around Sumika Murasame, a 15 year-old girl who is secretly in love with her female best friend, Ushio Kazama. Ushio likes girls too, but she's only into "cute" girls, while Sumika is tall, good at sports and she has a cool personality.

and I can't find White Album 2 online but that looks like another yuri anime too!

I have heard it dropped in fandom that Yuri is becomeing a bit more "trendy". Do you guys think it's getting more popular?

So what type of content did the panel have? Was it just discussion on text and pics or what?

Yes, it was primarily discussion, no pictures. We were talking about genres and favorite stories and so on.

You weren't THERE at the last panel. Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you don't attend this panel, because you are clearly interested in a different type of discussion than we are willing to provide. This panel is not meant to be an "educational guide on oil massages." It is a fun and intellectual discussion of the yuri genre in JAPANESE anime and manga. It is not about American lesbians or fanservice or anything of that sort.

I also started reading this manga called Girl Friends on mangafox. it's so cute but im no where near done reading it though.
