Apparently the hotel/ convention center doesn't want us selling food. This is why we cannot do the maid cafe.

I really wouldn't. It could get you in some trouble if you sell it from the room. They were VERY firm on Maid Cafe not operating at all, and they are only allowed to sell Pocky becuase they have SPECIAL permission from the concenter.

I still don't know sadly. I believe they have a strict policy on all food, they REALLY want you to eat their food. I believe they wouldn't mind if you had food in your room (don't take my word for it 100%) but I think they'd have a probelm with you handing out the ice cream even. I believe the only thing they'd be alright with is if you only handed it out to friends, not in the con center either.

Sucks...my ice cream is better though. D: (kidding. XD) i guess outside near the hotel i could give some to "friends", and anyone who would want any. which reminds me, do any of the rooms have refrigerators or freezers?

They SHOULD have refridgerators.
When you are outside the convention, I believe it is all on your own responsibility. I believe they aren't even allowed to bring IN the ice cream. ]: Very strict, I've gone through this (i'm incharge of Maid Cafe)

crazy rules are crazy. well i guess if there are refrigerators then i can keep ice cream in it, and if anyone wants some, then i would have it in my room. There is no problem with that or is there?
