Hey folks! Since it's very important that you don't die of starvation while attending Anime St. Louis, we'd like to direct you to a great website that lists a lot of restaurants in the area. We also went and created a Google Map of many of these restaurants so you can visualize the distances and easily map out directions. A list of most of these restaurants will be kept at the information table, along with their hours, phone numbers, and directions. Let me remind everyone that outside food and drink is not allowed inside the St. Charles Convention Center. If you bring foodstuffs, it must remain in your car or hotel room. Remember to work food into your time and monetary budget! You'll need lots of energy to keep up with our jam-packed schedule!

That's really helpful!
We went up there to look at the hotel we were staying at and to see what's around it. There's also a nearby Applebees.

well the closest Sushi place to the convention center is probably Tachibana at the corner of Fee-Fee and Olive (Chesterfield-ish).
There is also some random places off Mid Rivers Mall drive...
If you're looking for good sushi, Tachibana is decent, Wasabi is delicious and Nippon Tei is great. Dierbergs is ok for a quick fix. Nobu's... eh Drunken Fish = overpriced for decent sushi

Also an IHOP and a Ginghams that's open 24 hrs, I HIGHLY recommend Ginghams, its cheaper than Dennys, and 10 times better. To me, personally, you get what you pay for at Waffle house, the cheap prices = cheap tasting food. Plus they always look highly dirty to me.
