Yes it could, I..guess I am technically an artist...
And Usopp does that anyways, so it's in character~
I'm tempted to make a flag instead of a plain paper sign now and attach it to my Kabuto. xD

Chopper reporting in Captain! Me and Nami are GO for saturday! I will be premiering Tonytony @ Naka-Kon though . . .

I'll try, but I may just end up with a 3-4 foot wide one? If anything I'll be attaching it to my slingshot and it'll be over 5' tall when I'm finished.
