It's fine~
I need to go out and buy copper wire, masking tape, and some sunglasses with lenses I'd like for Sogeking, and then I can start on my mask. With my slingshot I still need to make the top part still (probably with masking tape, also) and then paint the whole slingshot green and it'll be done. Luckily when I was forced to clean out my closet, which involved opening it for the first time since I was 8, I found a bag like Sogeking/Usopp's, so I no longer have to find one of those.

Bwaaa-haaa-haaa! I have finished Choppers head! It will take me a day to do the rest of the body and hoofs beacause there isn't alot to it, but it will have to wait till Febuary beacuse I have some commissions comming in. I get to make Christmas Kimonos!

So...I think my dad is out of green paint, so I can't paint my slingshot yet. :/ Atleast I'm starting to work on it finally. I spent more time attacking mosquitoes with it than actually turning it into a slingshot..

I'm buying my pompadour soon, just waiting for my bank & paypal to link up. Once I have it in my Franky cosplay's complete.
I'm glad so hear everyone is nearly finished; to think this all started with just me wanting to be Franky and then saying "Hey, maybe I should find more crewmates." I'm going to go back to working on the gift for y'all.

This is the first time I think I've been in a group that didn't fall apart. Plus the first time it's been a group I could consider complete, too. Wow.
Also my Sanji and I need to find her a tie, for some reason this is a hard thing to find. Although thinking back, did Sanji even wear a tie during the Enies Lobby arc? She remembers him having a black one, but I don't remember one at all...

Okay. I'll have to let her know.
Also I just realized, you do see Sanji's left eye in the anime. >__>

Well, the scene I saw it in it was shown for only a split second, so to me yeah. xD Way back around when he first made his appearance.

Crap, it just dawned on me I still don't know what to do about Sogeking's hair. I'm thinking maybe use my Death the Kid wig and either try to make it look that way in the back (somehow) or buy a clip-on ponytail or something like that...

Hrrmm... fuzzy yarn MIGHT work... or an afro wig that's been cut down. Here's a good shot of his hair: Here's the pompadour wig I wanna buy... but I need an idea how to turn it light-blue, since florescent hair spray is bad with dark hair. Edit: nvm on that one

Same picture I was using for refrence, actually. xD
I can't think of any way that wouldn't damage the wig... I also suprisingly can't find any blue pompadours. I wonder where all those Grimmjow cosplayers get theirs...*wanders off to search*

OFF-TOPIC I totally wanna do something like this: ON-TOPIC Grimmjow doesn't really have a pompadour... but that's a good point. It's down between these 3: Is there anyway I can make the hair on the 3rd one stand up? 'Cause I really wanna use that one. Edit: Would something like this work for you Sabi? www.cosworx.com/product.php?productid=16272&cat=295&page=1

The second and third are both nice. You'd probably need to ask around for edvice from more experienced people with wigs though, I only started using them recently so I'm not sure how to go about that.
I don't want to order a wig for Sogeking, I think I'll stick with clip-ons because I saw some I might use at the store....even though that wig would probably work well for the back.
