XDDD Drunkenfeet & Epicfail are my favorite diseases. (especially epicfail because it has diagrams to make sure i can recognize it's symptoms.)
I often suffer bouts of drunkenfeet. They're set off every time anyone plays good music. My drunkenfeet is even worse when people play Michael Jackson's Thriller. (It's a great song, admit it.)

That girl in the first pick doesn't look that bad as Rukia. I got to say that the second one looks like a dude.
Which brings us to this:
Genderbenditis: When a fangirl cosplays as a male character. Rarely it is a guy that crosplays as a a girl.

Spontaneous High Syndrome(SHS): most otaku have this, it occurs after listening to one's favorite anime songs, particullarly the hyper ones,
Spontaneous Dance Syndrome (SDS): when you suddenly drop everything your doing to caramelldamce for no reason whatsoever
Spontaneous Trance Disorder (STD): results from over-thinking about anime, so much to the point that all one must do is stare into space for half a second, and the rest of the world no longer exists
now you can tell all your friends you have STD
