Yeah. June 5th is my birthday.
Im not as excited as I was last week.
I'll be Seventeen.
I just found out that I might not get to go on my senior trip.

I didn't get to go on a senior trip just cuz I didn't have enough money. Hope you have a good birthday at least. 17 was an ok year for me  You have two of the best birthdays to look forward to: 18 and 21. (but DON'T let your friends or family con you in to getting sick on your 21st from too much alcohol and food mixed together, no matter how "necessary" they feel it is. Have I mentioned my siblings and I sometimes have a love-hate relationship?) Also, I hope it makes you feel better to think about how maybe if you don't get to go on this trip, maybe there will be a better one you _will_ be able to go on! Or something even better happens during those days you would've been gone. You never know! |

Heh, I just turned twenty last Sunday. Enjoy being a teenager, it feels freaking weird when you lose it.

i had a friend who graduated a year early , to start college early, i feel left out of my friends sometimes because most of them went to college right away and keep asking me why i havent >_<
