I think you should allow at least 2 weeks in advanced notice, cause anything can happen. Thats what Im doing. If you cant attend the convention, then make sure you put in a 2 week notice so that I can recalculate fees. After that, its a commitment. If you do not have payment on arrival at the room, you can not stay.

I always allow at least 2 weeks, which is ample time to recalculate any fees and number of room mates. ^.^

Im going to need to know how much the room is now, because im going to have to take out of my dolly fund. My uncle is no longer helping me, so now Im on my own completely. I need to know price of the room.

Its ok. Completely understandable. Its just things do happen that cant be controlled, but thats why, like with work, leave at least a 2 week notice. though sometimes other last things happen (like death in family, accidents, etc) that also cant be controlled. If they dont send a dropping out reply by the 2 week advanced deadline, then they are entitled to their spot for the room, and they must submit payment. Though, if something like a car accident, death in family or something like that happens, perhaps there can be some leeway. But for minor stuff, such as: I cant go, etc, should still pay their share.

We are making everyone submit their share of the room for KawaKon two weeks before so that my uncle has the payments and it clears with the bank. This also tells us who will be able to stay and who wont, and who is committed to it and whos not. ^.^

I will be sending out the emails soon, so please expect one in the next week or so. Has information regarding everything from the panel to the ball and especially room rules and regulations.

Also, I dont get out of class until 4:30 on Mon/Wed, and 6:00pm on Tuesdays. Thursdays I think its 1:!5 or something like that. :/
