I should be good to come this year. Otherwise, I'm sure I'll be good to bring a cooler, ice, water, soda, and maybe something to munch on.

Is this going to be in the same part of the grounds like the Fall Picnic? I'm asking because I dont want to show up half hour early and then not find the place and leave around 11 but notice cosplayers.
Oh and if its ok, I'm bringing my dog.

Yes, it'll be in the same park as the fall picnic. ^_^ As far as bringing your dog I don't see how it would be a problem. I'm sure the park, itself, requires leashes, tags, permits and what not, though.
