oddsoul: Yeah, I hope to buy a keyblade too. I almost got one at the con but they sold out  I just got the biggest urge to cosplay Cloud from Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core. The cute, dorky, pre-emo Cloud XDD But I have no skills when it comes to making costumes XP

I plan on cosplaying as my new favorite Bleach character, Wonderweiss Margera, next year. I find him completely hilarious and would love to try and keep in character XP.
Also, money permitting, I may also cosplay Kyon from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.

I have some things in works. First being Alice from Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland. It's the strapless dress that the Mad Hatter made for her. I just bought a sewing machine for this but I plan to do some practice projects before starting this.
Then there's Lucy in Kouta's clothes. This should be a pretty easy one so it wouldn't actually take long. I've just been lazy starting it.
Then Kotomi from CLANNAD. Technically this is a 2010 cosplay as my goal is to have it done by Naka-Kon on Ice in December.
I also want to do an APH cosplay but I haven't decided which character yet.

me? i am planning on doing several: Franken Stein (soul Eater), kakuzu (naruto shippuden since my friend is doing hidan), Tobi (naruto shippuden) and possibly renji (bleach)! see you all next year!

So far, it seems like I'll be doing Nitori Kawashiro from Touhou Project and Belphegor from Katekyo Hitman Reborn in 2011.
I'll probably have to only bring one to ASTL, considering I'll most likely only be allowed to go on Saturday again this year. It'll be Nitori if my Fran can't get their hat/rest of cosplay done in time, Bel if I don't have enough money for the Nitori cosplay...
or maybe [huge maybe] Mizuki Himeji from Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu if both of those other ones fall through. I already have the wig for that, at least.
and if I end up having no money for cosplay...well, there's always Hungary or Lal Mirch again >D

For another cosplay idea, I think I might cosplay as Detective Oishi from Higurashi. I'm almost the right body type for the cop so I think that'll be a good cosplay for me. ALso, I htink I might protray Oishi in the second and third arc when he was the "Good Cop/Bad Cop" archtype. And for complete irony, I should totally wear the "Warn-A-Brotha" shirt under the black dress shirt Oishi wears in the anime: www.webalations.com/video/uploads/warn-a-brotha.jpg |
