Man, gas is finally starting it hit $4 in some places. At this rate, I'll be looking to buy a scooter or something instead of a car. I'd say motorcycle, but mom doesn't want me to have one (and I don't even know how to ride a bike).

Did you guys hear about the house that caught fire? It was caused by the family hording gas. I can't find the article unfortunately but it shows how crazy this is getting.
I only live about ten minutes away from work. I should start planning to ride my bike there.

No, I didn't hear about that. Some people are just so desperate now a days.
My friend who's going to be cosplaying as Tobi next year is out in California at the moment. She said she saw a place that had gas for $4.98.

Yeah. I'd just have to learn how to ride a bike first.
I saw this segment on the news about hyper-miling last night. It's amazing how these people save gas like they do.
