One of the guys from my group this year is considering purchasing table space for 2013, and I just had a question that I don't remember being something that was listed in the form for the Artist Alley.
What day does the artist need to be there? Do they typically get there on Thursday to set up, or Friday morning (prior to opening of ASTL)?
I know that when I book a room for our group, I am only intending on Friday to Sunday. So, he would have to have get a room for himself if he needed to be at the convention on Thursday evening. I'm sure it would be best for him, if he could, so he wouldn't have to rush to get to the convention early, early on Friday morning.
I just thought I'd ask to make sure to get all information to him so he can better consider if he wants to try and get a space. Thanks.

When I had a table a couple years ago, we just showed up on Friday when the convention opened and set up our table. They usually leave time from the start of the convention to the opening of the dealer's hall and artist's alley so that the vendors can set up their booths. :3

Thanks so much for the info! Although, now, it turns out the one who had interests in trying to get a booth won't be with us, this year. But, this is still handy information.
