yeah, it's amazing isn't it? there's so many alternative methods of testing to use but nooooooooooo, let's use the more expensive torture method

Yes, there are a lot of companies that still test on animals and even medical research that vastly conduct research using that of animals. There are also companies that lie about conducting research on animals. You can go to search.caringconsumer.com/ and look up companies that test on animals vs. companies that don't test on animals. Being a student going to school to be a veterinary technician I feel very strong about animals rights, however, finding products at a reasonable price (since I am broke all the time) are a bit of a challenge and I can also understand to a degree on medical research such as AIDS. There are a lot of gray areas you have to take into consideration concerning this topic.
