Kimono's aren't as difficult as they seem really to create, just the obi is and design. I made my Maya fey under kimono, though without sleeves. There are tons of patterns out there.

Hey it's the future Benitora here with help. I was the one selling the yugatas and kimonos at my Artist alley table this last con. I can make a solid yellow kimono for about 40.00. A flower print like his I might be able to find something close but that would cost more. Like 55.00

If that doesn't work out, a few friends of mine runs a small personal business called "Clandestine Kimonos" and I'm sure they'd take the commission. They'll have an Artist's Alley table at NatsuCon. ^^

He's wearing a black sleeveless men's kimono with a yellow floral under juban and a sleeveless haori. So, you'd want to make an under kimono with yellow florals and THAT would be your full kimono. Then, you'd need a black kimono, but lacking the sleeves to go over it. You CAN find a women's yellow floral kimono, and take the sleeves in on the back (there's openings there, unlike a men's kimono.) and make it shorter. You're probably best off finding a yellow Women's Yukata. www.ichiroya.com/item/list2/161287/And then, taking something like this, and taking the sleeves off of both of them www.ichiroya.com/item/list2/162212/and a white pretied men's Kaku obi www.ichiroya.com/item/list2/142064/Hopefully I was helpful. :3
