anime stl '10 rave

what do you want to see for the rave at anime stl '10

i would like to see strobes, black lights, and lots of color pattern lights ( maybe im alone maybe not )

Personally what ever they've had at the raves in past years they'll have at this one.

i want them to have a well known j-pop band there playing like nobodyknows+ orange range aqua timez abingdon boys school access nightmare uverworld etc.

Gosh please no strobes. If they're those hyper blinking lights I'm thinking of. . . They give me a headache.

The big this I want out of the rave is better music. Not a lot of danceable rave music this year. I felt like so much of it was too slow.

I don't recall raver rules.

Also, strobe lights can trigger epilepsy if the person has it. (Personally I have never had an episode but it still hurts and is so annoying).

But everyone has their preferences. To me I think what makes a good rave is awesome music and energy from the crowd.

Strobe lights are kind of a staple in raves. If you ever see a rave you see three things: Strobe lights. Pacifiers. Glow sticks/necklaces.

and if anyone went to 09's rave you had to have seen the guy with like 40 glow sticks strung
across his chest and was dancing in the super train of doom (oh yeah it was me)

and if someone has epilepsy then they shouldn't be at a rave to begin with because as said there are supposed to be flashing lights and such

i do wish there would have been better music even though they played some slants music
i wish they would have played something funny to just make everyone laugh like the numa numa or rumadai by arsenium

I am bringing all the suggestions hopefully to the next meeting, but I agree that the strobe lights shouldn't be at a public rave at a con. They give horrible headaches, and while people think they are the shiznizz dancing in them it can be really hurtful for someones epilepsy. I mean some cool lights, but I think strobe lights are just sort of annoying.

But next year totally better music is needed.

i mean at least some lasers or such dependent upon how much you guys can spend i might be able to start looking for some of my old lights that i have sitting around

what about black lights though we completely forgot about them

be kinda cool and freaky if they had the lights sych up with the beat of the music. The lights would pulse and change and stuff. Would be cool to see that
