So cosplay coming along good! Cut out basic scythe blade today. Is the foam expensive? I don't know if I'll need it. The part I need to sculpt is a foot by a foot area.. i dunno

The HUGE sheet of insulation foam I bought for my sitar (that I needed a van to cart back to my house!) was around $20 I think. So foam is pretty cheap.

The scythe is now 7 feet tall ! Now just to do all the details, probably using foam, thanks for all the help ppl
oh and Dante's outfit is almost done.

I'm hoping to have a scythe for one of my possible cosplays also, so this thread has helped considerably :]

^_^ as one of the helpers ( lol i think) lol its no problem, if i had a say in it i would have been making them <_< but alas maybe another time.
