Apparently they have found his body. He appears to have fallen off a cliff while hiking.

Yeah man, The Summer and Fall of 2009 was not a great year to be a part of any kind of Entertainment Industry. Mr. Usui was one of the unlucky ones to find out the hard way. R.I.P
