I am thinking (read: thinking!) of going as Princess Ovelia from FFT this year! Unfortunately, I am not very great at sewing costumes (I usually do lolita-related things) but I may get help from a friend. In the case that I do, and the cosplay is going to happen, would anyone consider dressing up as another character? It would be awesome to have a FFT group! But I know the costumes are kind of crazy and intricate so yeah...just thought I'd throw this out there, though!  |

I can't exactly help you with the sewing, but I can say that you are amazing for cosplaying from Final Fantasy Tactics!
I actually want to cosplay as either a Black Mage or a White Mage from the Tactics Series. xD;

I actually want to cosplay as either a Black Mage or a White Mage from the Tactics Series. xD; White mage isn't too difficult! xD I actually made a priest (white mage) costume for my sister many years ago. She was like 10 at the time, haha. And I had no idea what I was doing. I basically bought a ton of white muslin, fashioned it like a cloak, and used red fabric paint to make the red triangles. Got her a cheapie halloween wig from wal-mart, and made the rod out of paper machet or w/e the heck it's called. Was kinda ghetto but still very cute. Another dream outfit of mine from that game is Agrias but omg armor = hard to do. >( And the "Calculator" job class...love their costumes! xD |
