WIG HELP. {And props, too}

So hey there. I'm planning on cosplaying Kobato from the newly aired anime series "Kobato." and would LOVE some help on where to get a wig. While I know where I can get a good wig (cyperous <3 <3 <3) it wouldn't be styled like this girl's hair...I'm wondering if it would be best to get a custom wig, or if someone has any suggestions on how to style it like her hair.. that would be great.

Also, she has a glass bottle with wings and a special top to it. Any good prop creation ideas or places to get it commissioned? I'll probably end up sewing the stuffed dog.

Possibly I'd get a shorter shoulder length and sew on extensions underneathe.
