How would one go about making the armor for a typical soldier, like I was looking at the ODST Helljumpers from Halo. I was thinking styrofoam, and then just hardening it with some other material, but if there is an easier way of creating this, please help!  |

From what a lot of people talk about, cardboard is great to use and easy. But I've never made anything with armour, so I wouldn't know. ;~;

Craft Foam but Wonderflex is apparently really nice aswell. Easy to use too, very.
