I really, really, REALLY don't want to bother anybody, but I was wondering if anyone could possibly make a BLACK ROCK SHOOTER cloak...

That's probably the only thing giving my trouble, and I would be really appreciative if anyone could help!!

I don't even mind if you don't finish it completely!! I mean, there doesn't need to be a zipper or clasp of any sort ((would be better without one)), and the decals don't have to be on there. As long as the base is at least finished....

The reason why I'm asking, really, is because my parents aren't comfortable ordering from overseas or companies, and would prefer to find someone local...I'm sorry if this is too much trouble!!

sweetie probably the easiest way to do this might be to make an organization XIII cloak for mkkingdom hearts but take out the zipper and add the stripe on th earm and the star, You can by am template at a walmart if I remember right.
