ASTL FALL PICINIC 09 Date: October 17th, 2009. Location: Creve Coeur Lake Memorial Park, Maryland Heights, Missouri 63146, 63146 (Creve Coeur Lake Memorial Park) - The actual location is close to "Streetcar Dr." "Here are some basic directions. - Take Maryland Heights Expressway to Marine Avenue. Marine will take you straight through the park. Continue on Marine until you reach Dorsett. Turn left at Dorsett. Turn left again into the park. Follow the road that leads to Corporate Picnic Site 1. I'm assuming the corporate picnic site is mainly the pavillion/building near our area. If we're stopped for any reason, we should probably state that we're not an organization, we're just a big group of friends getting together for a picnic. Or something. :\ As long as we follow the rules we should be okay. Regardless, I'm going to give them a call." - Mina Time: 11-Sunset Details: The "sister" picnic to the summertime picnic~! It was not arranged by the same person, nor was it planned by the same person, but we're planning to do the same things as the Summertime picnic! There would be one difference, of course: it's a bit colder! There will be cosplaying, games, food, fun, and etc~~~ There are several rules we should uphold to not get kicked out of the park. As stated by Mina: - No smoking, at all, in the park. - No littering; pick up all your trash. - Alcoholic beverages are not allowed (unless you get a permit for it). - No one can sell goods. This includes food. So we cannot charge for food. I know this seems like a given, but I vaguely remember someone trying to do this. Perhaps it's my memory acting up again. - Excessive noise not allowed. |

Yes a Saturday would probably attract more people. And someone should post a like to directions to creve cour so people like me don't get lost Lol. The Saturdays in August are the 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th. I can make it to any of them. *shrug*

Saturday will insure a good turnout; it's like Vexy said, with school and stuff going on weekends are best. I know us college people get fall break, but i don't think we even want to coordinate that  |
