I need help finding a wig for my Lucy/Nyu (Elfen Lied) costume. I am finding some amazing wigs online, but they are all based out of China and have the possibility of not getting here on time unless I pay an obscene amount of money for shipping.
So the question is, where do you St. Louis cosplayers get their wigs?

I use www.wigs-us.com I have bought three wigs from their store. They have fairly decent prices on wigs, and they ship very quickly. If I order on a Monday, I get the wig by that Friday or Saturday (and it's shipped from PA!) A wig you might want to consider is the Alicia (colors) in hot pink (Alicia C H Pink, a special order color chosen from a drop down menu). But, I will warn you the wig is 44.95 plus about $6 shipping. It isn't as long as the other Alicia choices, but they don't have the hot pink color. link www.wigs-us.com/product14234.htmlAlso, I found that I got my weft extensions from shop.cosplay.com in three days after ordering them. Those shipped from a Las Vegas warehouse. I don't know if all their wigs are located there, but that would save a lot of time. OH, and they are getting rid of their Cosworx line, so a wig that would probably be good for Lucy is only $25 (I don't know what shipping is for wigs, my extensions cost 5.45 for two)! shop.cosplay.com/clover-l-hot-pink.htmlBoth shops I've had a good experience with. Both require you having a paypal, but I think most of us do, who shop online.
