AOL has sunk to a new low. I already didn't like them, but seriously.
I fall under quite a lot of those, myself, so of course it bothers me just as much you. I cosplay (obviously, lol), I've written fanfiction even if I have never posted it anywhere, I've had 'senseless bouts of rage' but COME ON. Everyone has had that atleast once in their life, it isn't just limited to gamers. I play games daily (referring to page 10), and yeah. I even have plans of online marriage in an MMO I play, but with my boyfriend who I didn't meet online, we both just happen to play it together. I'm also a pedophile stalker. xD Joking about the last one...although I think I've accidentally stalked guy's I've liked in the past and didn't realize it. I just have trouble speaking to people when I want and have a habit of following them places...>__>;;
The person who wrote that writes of people who are racist/stereotypical of others. He needs to take a long, good look in a mirror and realize he's actually writing about himself. Sure, you'll find a gamer like that around. But it's nothing major, especially enough for an article.

I don't make fun of people that like movie stars and cr@p, so they shouldn't make fun of us. I now have more of a reason to hate AOL.

This is why I don't read/watch the news. Reporters/writers present news in a biased fashion and then expect people to agree with their views instead of reporting in an impartial manner on facts and letting the masses make up their own mind.

I think you guys might be over reacting if you stormed AOL with a bunch of cosplayers. A petition would probably be taken more seriously.

Not taking sides here, but I think the petition would be the best way to deal with it.

True, personally I am over it. I know AOL is stupid.
