i was wanting to get a band to cover different anime songs. it would be a "rock" band format, the usual instruments guitar, drums, bass, keyboard. i play bass, been playing for roughly 3-4 years now. if anyone would be serious about getting a band together for the convention contact me at the following addresses

i have some equipment at my house. i have 2 Fender P-Bass at my house, an acoustic guitar, an Ibanez Gio (it is not in the best condition though, the low E string is an acoustic and it is missing the high E string and there is no saddle there as well), i have a decent keyboard, i drum set with a bass drum, tom tom, and 2 snares, all you would need to bring would be any additional drums and cymbals you require, i have a recording program called Audacity on my computer however i dont have a microphone to hook-up to my computer, i have finale notepad so we can download sheet music and put it on Finale. the practice area is my whole basement, however im not sure if i have permission to use it yet. I drive so i have transportation to practices if it ever gets that far. i also have a friend who is learning guitar at a fast rate. hopefully this could work out and provide some fun times and the opportunity to meet new musicians.
oh also, we may need someone who could sing or rap in Japanese. as most of the songs are in Japanese
