Oh, I have a link to a site that has a tutorial for those, not on my computer so I can't just pull it up like I normally do. Ok, yeah I got it. www.lynleigh.com/cosplay/Go to tutorial's and look under Sailor Collar. It's really a sailor moon tutorial, but it works out all the same. C= |

They've also announced they're making a nendroid meiko as well. <3
Who knows about gakupo though or the fan ones... I mean I doubt the fan ones but since they were in the same vid and all, who knows? =D Also in the Hatsune Mix manga.. conspiracies!
