Yeah, are there any other hotels like, across the street or close enough to walk to? They had a list on the convention center website but exactly how close are they? xD;

I'm fairly familar with the area and can say that most of the hotels are not within walking distance as most of the ones that I am familar with are across the highway from the convention center.

Our group is staying at the Days Inn which showed up on Mapquest to be 1.32 miles/a 2 minute drive. Its also pretty inexpensive. We have 3 in a room and its 150 for the whole weekend. Split 3 ways its a pretty good deal.

Google maps showed me Fairfield Inn and it looks a little cheaper. And it's across the street kinda.  Woo google! |

There are quite a number of hotels in the area. I am working right now to get a hotel block, and hope to have that information soon. Even if you don't want ro stay at the main hotel, there are many options available.
