Yeah. Sailor Moon was my first too, although I think I caught a little bit of Speed Racer when I was little. My mom loved that one.

my first anime was actually a rare one: Astro Boy. And after that Pokemon, then my first 'real' anime was DBZ. The first anime I ever watched all the way through, and still my favorite, was Trigun. though the first and only anime series I owned is Get Backers! WOOO GO BAN!

My very first one was Salior Moon as well but Pokemon and Gundam Wing were playing at the same time and I watched those as well so I guess technically I started on all three. The DBZ saga also started not too long after, the number of episodes that show had still blows my mind.

Sailor Moon was my first anime, but I didn't know that it was anime. The first one I watched that I actually knew was anime was Yu Yu Hakusho. yea! i know what you mean! the first anime (That i actually knew that it was an anime) was Inuyasha ^^ |

Sailor moon, Pokemon, Yugioh, and Hamtaro until I was like, 9. In that order too. Then I had that period of time where anime was stupid. And when I was 11 I loved Naruto, FMA, and inuyasha. XD Yaaaaaaaaay Cartoonnetwork! Am I the only one who got sailor moon dolls from walmart? I remember doing that xD lol no! i have them too!!! those are the only real dolls i ever got, no barbies!!! |

well after i began talking to people about anime they'd talk about different ones and id be like... i only know inuyasha, pokemon, and sailor moon.....
and then i tried out Loveless! ^^:
only in the past 2 years have i started to see a ton more anime (i know more than my friends)

well my first was dbz :3 best action show ever! i got a crap load of dbz action figures although they dont make new ones all my figures now are either final fantasy or kingdom hearts *feels accomplished for my axel action figure* XD

I got started on Pokemon, Cardcaptors, and Yu-Gi-Oh. Then, I decided to try "anime" because it's hard to call the 4Kids dubs "anime". So I watched Yu Yu Hakusho on Cartoon Network, fell in luve.
The first anime I watched in Japanese was Revolutionary Girl Utena.

Mine came around the same time, not sure which one I started watching first because I was in kindergarden when they bot hstarted airing

I watched, Sailor Moon, DBZ, and cardcaptors when i was in kidergarten ktnx...lol...i later went on to see pokemon and inuyasha but the first one i ever saw in japanese was oddly enough, the short clip from the first naruto movie where naruto really has to use the bathroom and cannot. I went on later that year to watch the chuunin exam (which was ahead of the english manga at the time) on youtube....lol...that was my first run in with japanese anime.
Then i was introduced to AMVs...lol...nee-chan "let the bodies hit the floor" yeah xD.....ahhh i love that story arc!!!

FFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUU.... It was either Akira or some anime with a giant spiter in it, I know I was REALLY young and it was late and I have no idea why I was up or why no one was yelling at me to go to bed, but it was awesome.

I'd have to say that my first was Pokemon, but I also watched Cardcaptors when it came out and that was probably the best thing ever :3 I watched those before I realized they were called anime. The first anime I watched when I realized it was called anime was Inuyasha. I think the first I watched Japanese dubbed was Naruto. I've never watched DBZ or Sailor Moon before because I never got those channels on my TV. The only two channels I would watch were channel 9 and 11 aka ABC Kids and WB11 (they changed it, I'm so sad Dx)... huh, odd pairing of numbers  but yeah. |
