Digimon is Japanese.
And the first show I saw was either Pokemon or Sailor moon. I'm not sure which.

Sailor Moon was my first anime, but I didn't know that it was anime. The first one I watched that I actually knew was anime was Yu Yu Hakusho.

Pokemon.
I started watching it when I was four, and I even would buy the manga all the time. Which also Pokemon is how I found out about Neon Genesis Evangelion, because in the back of one of the volumes is an ad for it with Asuka...>__>

Mine was Sailor Moon, too. A friend introduced it to me when I was little, and we would pretend we were Sailor Scouts. It was so fun. XP I'm actually surprised I remember back that far. XD My second was Pokemon. Of course, all this happened before I knew what anime was. My little mind just thought it was another cartoon. X3

Sailor moon, Pokemon, Yugioh, and Hamtaro until I was like, 9.
In that order too. Then I had that period of time where anime was stupid. And when I was 11 I loved Naruto, FMA, and inuyasha. XD

Am I the only one who got sailor moon dolls from walmart? I remember doing that xD

My first was sailor moon. English. When it was shown on USA network on cable, a good amount of time before it was on cartoon network.
I still like sailor moon, but I can't watch it in English.
