We have threads for video games, music, and anime, why not books? State what book you are reading, what it's about, and if it's good or bad. Alternatively I suppose you could recommend books to read as well.
I am reading The 11th book of the Wheel of Time series, although I've forgotten the exact title (Knife of Dreams I think). It's an epic fantasy book about the guy destine to save the world from evil and all of his friends who help him defeat evil. It's ok, but you have the read the other 10 first.

I just finished Confessions of a Prep School Mommy Handler by Wade Rouse. XD For someone who endured the STL private school system, these anecdotes definitely hit home!
Currently I'm reading The Guy Not Taken by Jennifer Weiner, The Next Big Thing by Johanna Edwards, and re-reading Such a Pretty Fat by Jennifer Lancaster, trying to get further inspiration for my creative BA.

I'm reading Sabriel. Its about a girl who's a necromancer and she's out to rescue her father who is also a necromancer. I'm not very far into the book, but so far it is pretty good.

I'm reading one of the Dresden files, the guy who writes them (Jim Butcher) actually lives in St. Louis but I might drag one of the books with me to the con because I can.

Has anyone read Terry Pratchett? He does fantasy books, but they're hilariously funny.
