well go to the panels that interest you. if you like music go to the concert. buy lots of stuff from the dealers and artists.
Make tons of new friends. Dance at the dances.
im not good at this. XD
Do whatever looks fun to you.

Mingle, talk to people, meet a guest, attend events, check out the merchandise, but mainly mingle.

It's usually pretty easy to find something to do. There are usually tons of people around the dealer rooms so if you ever need something to do or want to find people to talk to I would say hang around there. Otherwise, panels, events, and dances are always good things to go to!

Bring a camera, one of the best things to do to meet friends is take pictures even!

Mingle, meet new people, exchange myspaces or something and keep in touch.
And buy lots of stuff.
