Bishonenitis: Those (usually female) who suffer from the inability to pair male/female couples, and craze over male/male couples. Can be cured, but often not.
Yaoi-f-ingitis: Sometimes, Bishonenitis develops into a more serious, incurable disease, the victims suffering the inability to keep quiet when they see two male anime characters getting 'together' and can usually be seen with binoculars, hunting for cosplayers who could possibly be doing fanservice.
Yaosis: Much more severe than Bishonenitis or Yaoi-f-ingitis, and all symptoms from both are included, but these poor souls take their obsession to the extreme...fanservice. Asking for it. Doing it. Begging for it. Often engage in pocky-kissing activities with same gender cosplayers or draw picture portrayals of their favorite male characters getting it on with another favorite male character. Often they only crossplay, and attend the late night yaoi panels or try to sneak in to the 18+ boys love panels...Sometimes they carry signs that say: Will (insert varieties of words and actions here) for Yaoi!
The Zone Syndrome: The victim will spend days, nights, weeks, months, every waking and sleeping hour thinking about what their next cosplay will be. They rarely ever act on their plans, but instead continue to build it up, until another idea comes into their head. These victims usually end up zoning out during class or while watching tv, incapable of experiencing the real thing. Then, after about a month, they start putting it together and preparing it for action.
