nah. i dont really have the compulsions. although i tend to get very obsessed and preoccupied with worries [like did i bring this? did i? then i'd recheck a few times]
but i would never say i have ocd because i dont have too many compulsions.

Stuff I pack...

Deodorant, shaving stuff, toothbrush, a set of clippers (to shave my head bald), props for all cosplays (including homemade ones), the outfits (duh), extra clothes for sleeping and when I'm a "normie," belt pack to carry stuff when my cosplay has NO pockets, and of course snacks.

Sounds like a good list, right?

This is what I've learned from my con experiences.
Pack food- This will save you a lot of money. Pack water bottles, snacks, and microwavable dinners. Try to throw in something healthy too. (It'll make mum less worried.)

Pack light-For me, I take my laptop everywhere. I have never once used it at a con though, so don't bother bringing it if you know you'll be busy socializing with friends the whole time.

Pack your chargers- If you bring a camera or a phone MAKE SURE you bring the charger. You'll hate yourself for all eternity if you don't.

Take your meds- If you take medication, don't forget to take it at the time you normally do. Put an alarm on your phone to remind you.

And the number one thing that will save your life is a sleeping bag and a pillow. Plans change, especially when you rely on others for a place to stay. If you don't need that sleeping bag, someone else will.

I'm coming back home each night, do I still need to bring my charger(s)? I wouldn't trust to just leave my camera or camcorder at a power outlet and no one swipe it haha

oh, yaoi paddles *shutters at the thought*.... Last year I was just standing around watching the Sleeping Samurai thing and some smacked me on the butt really hard with one, then quickly walked away before I could see who it was. It was quite awkward and painful XP
