if ur staying in a hotel room with more than two people
bring ur own towl. and a large shampoo and conditioner and body wash
that way everyone can share

In case you want some down time with your roomies bring something like a deck of cards or apples to apples.
All basic Necessities = Deodorant (too many people forget this), soap, shampoom, etc (if you don't want to use the hotel samples), Make up
If you are participating in a skit - CD that is clearly marked, pictures of your cosplay
Hot Glue gun = your best friend for cosplay malfunctions
Consider taking snacks - soda, crackers, chips, poptarts - non perishable stuff

I would say if you don't have a hot glue gun then and emergency sewing kit and safety pins for those thing that happens if it is out during con adn you can't make it to the room with out it falling off.

Spare clothing like something to come to con in and then leave in.

Emergency information like who to contact or another thing that might be helpful would be two forms of Id and a info card with house address and stuff like that in case something happens.

some form of muscle relaxer be it bengay, icy hot, Tylenol. Also any and all prescribed medicines.

clean socks and unmentionables. No need to explain.

I'm just going to wear my purple messenger bag to bring extra clothes, camera, phone, money (wallet), and stuff in. I hope it's light because I know my boyfriend doesn't want to carry around a purse for me. XD
