We brought our own drinks and people brought hot dogs. I cooked them, then when all the charcoal was used up (we only had one bag) we just burned sticks, leaves, and what ever we had at hand.

Well, people can certainly bring their own drinks, but I'll be bringing some extra. We tend to go through beverages fast at the picnic. BYOD is a good idea.

We should also bring more food, i brought the hot dogs last time (i think someone else brought some too) but we went through those fast as well.

I find the food thing hit n' miss. People don't seem to eat at the picnic- just DRINK.
I'm not going to bring as much food as I used to because it has ended up not being eaten.

Eh ill still bring food, if anything ill eat it i get hungry after all the activity.

Yeah, typically we don't go through /that/ much food, but it will still be nice to have some available, should some of the attendees get hungry. Like I said I'd appreciate everyone bringing something to share with the group. I'm sure everyone won't think to bring their own stuff, and some people may not want to share with people who didn't bring anything, ya know?

Update!
After looking back at all of your input I've come up with a potential date that I hope everyone can agree on.
Friday, June 4th
A lot of people were wanting the picnic to be earlier this year, so that the weather might be more pleasant. Though with Missouri you never know... xD; lulz. I'll update the FP, and also start a FB event.
