I'm gay, and Knight Link, trust me, there's no way I would ever think my lifestyle is better than someone else's.
You must have some bad luck when it comes to GLBT. Haha. xD

I'm a bi girl who loves my girlfriend very very dearly. But she lives in Texas and I misses her. I can't see her more than a few weeks out of the year but we've been going strong for two years ^^
But I don't tend to look at other girls and find them attractive. I know when a mans attractive and I can come right out and say it, but I don't naturally have sexual attraction toward girls. My girlfriend's just a might exception...and that the male body below the belt line tends to freak me out...unless its Robert Downey Jr or Hugh Jackman. XD then its ok
But I'm also saying that if Jenny and I break up (heaven forbid), I wouldn't be afraid to go with a man that I truely like either. It's a bit complicated...as are all love affairs of the heart.

lol ya i believe it was just those people were off, and like i said its all three types. They seem to think they have to defend themselves. I will be honest it is a little odd hearing either sex talking in relationship terms about the same sex. As i told one of these people being either one now an days is really no big deal, I may not agree with it, but eh.

They seem to think they have to defend themselves. A lot of GBLT people do have to defend themselves from people who don't agree with their orientation and think that they should have lesser rights or should change who they are. So I'd guess that's why they sound defensive-- they're coming out to you and they don't know how you'll react! grimcarebear Maybe you are mostly straight! It's a myth that bi people are all attracted to both genders equally.

I may like the womanly figure a lot but that's only because I draw lol
I don't have a problem with people's sexuality. I just get really confused though at cons, when girls say they're lesbians (not bi) and then cosplay as boys to take yaoi shoots with their "girlfriends"...(I guess same thing applies to girlfriends online who constantly draw yaoi for each other) I just don't get it xD
and the gay guys I know don't draw girls on girls, so it just adds to my confusion.

Female sexuality is more fluid than male sexuality. And in regards to fandom and stuff, people can love a pairing for the dynamic between the characters! Not just/only for their parts. : D

honestly, for a long time I just thought they started out as yaoi fangirls. (and a lot of the time yaoi fans, and anime fans in general, are kind of dorky/socially awkward) So because of the social quirks, they never/rarely got boyfriends. And after a while of being a yaoi fangirl, you start to think everything can be gay related. (Trust me, I was one too xD ) and then more open to being gay with your other gay admiring friends (who also don't have boyfriends). (and it made sense because even when they were going out with girls they'd still be yaoi fans and all)
^ was my grand theory of US anime culture. But after a while I realize my theory had some negative connotations (mixing into the 15 year old attention seeking bi girl stereotype) So idk, I've decided to stop thinking so hard on it xD I'm content with being confused

I only participated twice. The next year I hurt my wrist and had to go to ER where I had to talk. The year after that, I just plain forgot. Now, I'm not attending school so it would be hard to be silent and have people actually notice.

Honestly, I don't support or agree with GLBT, because its against my faith. BUT I am never mean to anyone who is or condem them or anything, because God still loves them and so should I (I even have to remind my parents of that from time to time) Thats why it really ticks me off when other Christians are all like "ooo, your going to hell" to gay people, because how do they know if they are or not? Okay, my semi-rant is over *gets off soap box*

I have several GLBT friends, and I completely support them all. I, personally, am straight.
If you are the victim of harassment or anything of that nature at ASTL, find me immediately. I'm the head of security, and I have a zero tolerance rule when it comes to "gay bashing". I will pull badges fast enough to make heads spin. My second in command, the tiny korean man with the badge name "Silfer", would easily do the exact same thing.
Regards, The Security Guy
