Checked out the area. I had a spot in mind but wanted to double check to see if it would be ideal - as in being easy to see so people can join in and space.
The place I think would work is outside of the convention facing the stairs that lead to the Double Tree Hotel.

Hmm, it's your call since you know the area, but I dunno about being outside; the weather isn't looking too great on Friday or Saturday. :/ You did mean 'outside the con' like as in outdoors, right?

Yeah I meant outdoors. :< But yeah. I didn't see the weather. I picked outside since it can get pretty crowded indoors at cons.
I guess we could do it near the main entrance indoors before you reach the registration table- hopefully the reg table is in the same place it was last year. XD

Ok sounds good! >:3 And if the weather isn't bad after all we can always move it outside if we do get lots of people gathered. And are we gonna try to stick a time frame on it or will it just be an any time of day stop spot? If greenraingimpy gets a sign made for us, then we can like tape it on the wall or something in our general spot. I'm gonna try to stop at different times if possible and try to meet up with as many people as possible that stop when I'm there so I can hand out these ossim stickers I got! I got two sheets, so I can give you one to hand out to those you meet when I'm not there as well. Cuz everyone needs a cute rainbow heart sticker on their badge!! XD Are you coming in Thursday or Friday?
