im curious to hear when people started noticing they liked their own gender? [i'm not going to say "when you found out you were gay" because that is a load of poop]

i was like six or seven and my little friends and i were looking at my dad's play boy magazines. and i was the only one who liked them :/

For me it was highschool. :3 There was this girl in my English class that made me turn my head. I had before thought "gay" was weird but as soon as I realized I liked her I accepted it and went for it. XD

. . .most my age then realizing they're gay would not take it as easily as I did. :, D

Same here. I personally don't agree with it but still, it ain't my place to judge or to put anyone down and I still will love you no matter what your sexuality is. And at the end of the day, I don't care, you know? And it does pisses me off when i see "Christians" gay-bash. That ain't cool.

With that said, personally, I don't care what sexuality you are. I'm still going to be your friend and what not, ya know?

For the "when did you realize" question, I was a really late bloomer. Probably because I was in denial for a long time. I was about seventeen or eighteen when I figured out exactly why I adored watching America's Next Top Model.

So... I'm a trans guy. In fact, I'm a tranny-bundle of twigs, if you will. My boyfriend (who is also trans) and I were with my mom and a few friends in Artist Alley, though i behaved and dressed fairly neutral and didn't bind. I'm Nikk from Uni-Q designs, aka "the awkward girl-guy thing who wore sushi in their hair and sold tiny hats". :/ lol We'll be back next year because it was a pretty cool con, even though we had to drive 8 hours to get there! ^^'

I'm thinking about either running a GLBT ASTL meetup sometime in the future or running a panel for GLBT in anime fandom next year. What do you guys think would be best?

Um, Sonny may have had some flying elephants with her charms, i don't recall honestly. :/ We were in the far right corner in AA, in a big L setup?

I am a bisexual male in a females body. Even though I use the mens room and have no chest, everyone still calls me a girl. =/ At first, I thought I was just gay, but then I thought about my friend Sephy and was like "Yeah I'm bi." x3 And no, I am not physically male yet, but I hope to be within the next 5 years. Yes, it takes a lot of time. And money. @_@

EDIT: And I also agree with a meetup idea.
